It’s up. The new altar that is. Plus today, I wrote for the first time in a long time. Felt good, real good. Now that’s what I call creation, love and abundance.
On another note, I started taking Acidopholis today, a probiotic. We will see how it goes. Looking to ease digestion, lose some weight and lower cholesterol. Also looking to balance other symptoms not worth mentioning here. Look it up, it’s a great addition for some people. I’m taking the pill form but it does come in other forms. As always, check with your doctor first before starting. I did!
